PROPERTY PRESERVATION AND LEASE MANAGEMENT
Through analysis or the desires of our clients, a determination is made to rent
and/or preserve the vacant property:
- Rental
- Contract-to-Deed (aka Land Contract or Lease with Option to Buy)
- Vacant real estate management
READY THE PROPERTY Promisor secures the property and - if
needed - prepares it for market by executing the necessary repairs and improvements.
- Minimizing costs by leveraging network of vetted resources.
- Expert oversight on repairs and improvements and/or securing the property.
LEASE MANAGEMENT Promisor hires and manages local professionals
to represent our clients’ interest in the property. We work to develop and execute
a marketing plan in addition to property management duties:
- Rental Market Analysis
- Tenant screening and lease management
- Collection of monthly rents
- Customer service and management of tenant-occupied properties
- Liaison between the portfolio owner and the local property manager
- Periodic inspection and reports including photos
- Expense processing, including taxes and association fees, utilities, maintenance,
etc.
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance
- Monthly financial reports and reconciliations
PROPERTY PRSERVATION Property preservation service ensures
a vacant property is secure and well maintained.
- Local property managers from a nationwide network of vetted service providers
